How to adjust clipper when it's loud?

-Turn the clipper on and with a screwdriver turn the screw on the side counter clockwise until it is extremely loud. Next slowly turn the screw the opposite direction until the noise quiets down to a low buzz. If this does not work for you there may be an internal adjustment that is necessary.
