Q: Are your products new and genuine?

A: We only sell new, genuine products in their original packaging. We have a long standing reputation of trust with our customers and we would not do anything to jeopardize that relationship.


Q: Do you ship to Canada or internationally?

A: No, but we ship to military APO/FPO via USPS

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Since our inventory changes frequently, we do not offer a printed catalog. All of our products can be found on our web site with a picture, price, description.


Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: Bestclippers.com is an Internet store with a large warehouse distribution facility. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store.


Q: When can I expect my order?

A: It takes about 2 - 4 business days(not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to most 48 US continental states. During Christmas season, shipping could take about 3-7 business days.


Q: What are your payment methods? Do you take an international card?

A: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We don't take an international card, but as long as the shipping address is a CONFIRMED PayPal address in USA, we do take PayPal.
