Price Matching Policy
We guarantee our low prices every day on every item in our online store. If you find an identical item with a lower price that is legitimate , we will gladly match the price. Just e-mail us with your name, e-mail address, competitor's website(only 1 company, cannot combine 2 or more), and competitor's price. The item must be in-stock and available for purchase from the competitor. We check their shipping policy and rates also. For example, let's say you are thinking of buying a clipper for $79.99($0 shipping cost) from us and find it elsewhere for $74(+ their shipping cost of $12). In this example, our price is better. Let's say elsewhere sells it for $70 (+ their shipping cost of $5) In this example, You will be charged $79.99 and then we will issue you a separate refund for $4.99 as our low price guarantee. We don't match prices from Ebay.
All of our products are NEW and in box. Texas destination will be added 8.25% sales tax.
We only ship in the USA only (50 US states, US possessions & APO FPO).

RETURN POLICY (Exceptions: Barber & Salon Equipments. see below)
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement. Please include a note of reason for returning. Please write your order number on the shipping label. To receive refund(less shipping), your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. If the item you purchased is for free shipping, we will deduct actual shipping cost. All items must be in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. All returns are subject to a variable restocking charge. This charge is determined by the condition of the returned merchandise. The minimum restock charge is 10%. If you want to exchange the item, you need to ship back the item and you will be charged of shipping fee for the new item.
If it is past 30 days from the purchase date, please refer to the warranty information from the manufacturer for replacement/repair. Any returns/exchanges sent after 30 days from the purchase date will be refused and returned to the sender.
About Hair Clippers
Everything we sell are new and never been used. We DON'T sell used clippers. Sometimes customers return the clippers because they think there is some hair on the blade. We can assure you it is not hair. It's a mixture of dirt/testing material(like cotton strings manufacturers use for testing) and blade oil which can appear to look like hair. When touched, the substance smears away. Hair wouldn't do that. We have not found a single clipper set with hair on the blade from customer's returns.
Barber & Salon Equipments (Including but not limited to Barber/Salon Chairs, Barber Poles & Sanitizer,etc) *
Barber/Salon Chairs, Barber poles, Furnitures cannot be returned. In the rare event, a part(s) will be shipped from each manufacturer to repair if there is a defect.
